We need you to volunteer!
It’s once again election time! This March (exact date and time TBD) we will be holding elections for all Board positions. According to the PASGC Constitution which was revised and approved in 2013, all elected posts will have a term of two years beginning with our next election. Please let us know if you are interested in running for any of the following positions:
· Vice President
· Recording Secretary
· Corresponding Secretary
· Board Members-at-Large (3-5 Board Members will be elected)
If you are interested in running for any of these positions, if you would like to nominate someone else for a position, or if you would like more information about the duties, please reply to this message or contact Jeff Turner (408-569-6999) or David Oertel (513-307-7851). We’d like to have all nominations set by Friday, March 7, so we can collect candidate bios/statements and make this a smooth and easy election.
Just a reminder that you need to be an active member in good standing (dues paid for 2014!) to run for office or vote in the election. If you have not paid your 2014 dues yet, please use the attached Membership Form and send it to the address listed therein.
